A: All packages include transport, accommodation, guided tours and entry fees. Meals are included as specified. Airfare/train tickets are separate unless mentioned.
Q: Can I customise the itinerary?
A: Absolutely! Every package can be customised — add days, change hotels, include extra activities or combine destinations. Just tell us what you want.
Q: What is the booking process?
A: Submit your enquiry → we send a detailed itinerary and quote within 24 hours → you confirm and pay 30% advance → we handle everything.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations 30+ days before: full refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance.
Q: Is travel insurance included?
A: Travel insurance is not included by default but we strongly recommend it. We can help you get a good policy at the time of booking.
